With three years managing e-commerce activity in the retail sector at a FMCG company in the USA, Adam is an expert in results orientated cost-effective online marketing. Having joined Blue Latitude after completing his MSc in Marketing and Strategy at Warwick Business School he is passionate about executing innovative marketing and business practices. Coupling a strategic mindset with in-depth knowledge of tactical execution, Adam is able to present fully integrated online propositions. Adam also has experience dealing with the pharmaceutical, business-to-business and commercial energy markets
Before joining Blue Latitude, Alex spent two years working as a digital strategy consultant for a leading online media agency, prior to which he worked as an offline media analyst. He has experience in creating strategies based on understanding consumer behaviour, through conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects. Previous clients include ITV, Honda, Specsavers and the Home Office. Alex thrives on getting stuck into complex problems and relishes realising their solutions.
Aoife is bilingual (English/ French) with a masters in business studies and has over six years experience working on developing strategy and business solutions for the pharmaceutical and broader healthcare industry. Aoife’s experience spans marketing and sales functions, to research and development, through to compliance and regulation.
Boon is a Biomedical Engineering graduate, and prior to joining Blue Latitude worked at a leading financial services company on the structuring and financial modeling team. He is passionate about solving complex problems and is highly enthusiastic about digital media and online technology. Boon has also worked for Apple in the past in a sales and marketing role, and has personal experience in website creation and design.
As well as being a seasoned technical project manager, Chris is also a very experienced marketer with expertise in financial services, sports and entertainment. He has an entrepreneurial streak and the drive to complete the job. A great team player, he is very effective under pressure and loves to solve a problem or two.
Christina is keen on understanding customers worldwide, analyzing challenging marketing and strategy problems and exploring new and creative ways of solving them. With a Master in Marketing & Strategy from Warwick University and experience in consumer goods, logistics and fashion she has worked in the area of international consumer insights, corporate communication, performance-, and supply chain strategy. Originally from Germany, Christina has been studying and working for the last years in Argentina, Brazil, Germany and of course the UK and is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese
After completing a BA in event management and marketing Craig went to work for a Media Planning and Buying Agency as part of the Digital team, giving him an excellent understanding of how digital can be integrated into the wider media mix. Building on his digital expertise, Craig worked at a full service digital agency creating media plans, utilising the most appropriate digital tactics and techniques to deliver results for the client and meet the needs of the consumer. Craig has developed refreshing digital media strategies for a broad range of clients across Health, Technology, Entertainment and FMCG.
Dom has been involved in devising, designing and delivering digital business solutions since 1994, prior to which he worked as a journalist. Since then he’s held a number of roles, ranging from Editor-in-Chief to Head of Client Services to Marketing Director, and has delivered projects and programmes of work for clients as diverse as AstraZeneca, BT, Citroen, DeutscheBank, Intel, Setanta Sports and Universal Music Group. He includes strategic planning, project management, account management and copywriting as core skills. Dom’s real passion is for communication and the creation of compelling and profitable experiences and relationships that extend and improve the function and value of business, social and personal information.
With over a decade spent developing digital strategies, Duncan is an experienced team player and an accomplished thought leader around the ways in which digital channels are impacting both organisations and individual users. His hands-on client experience spans industries including public sector, financial services, telco and automotive, and his current focus is on the threats and opportunities posed to brands and businesses by the evolving social media landscape.
Edwina is a Psychology graduate who, prior to joining Blue Latitude, worked for over two years at a major full service digital agency. During that time she specialised in paid search, developing a talent in helping translate a company’s offline business goals into integrated online strategies. Having worked on a wide range of clients from leading energy suppliers to niche high end fashion brands, Edwina is able to quickly grasp any industry and work to produce meaningful results.
Fred leads client strategy at Blue Latitude and is responsible for the quality of our output. He is an internet marketing expert who understands complexity and loves to solve the big challenges. Prior to founding Blue Latitude, Fred owned and ran a digital agency, Skyrock, and the youth marketing business, Revolution Promotions. Before this Fred was at BMP where he worked with clients such as Volkswagen, British Rail and Heinz.
Before joining Blue Latitude, George worked for 3 years at Europe’s leading affiliate network as an Account Manager. He has experience managing a broad spectrum of accounts ranging from Lloyds TSB to John Lewis, First Choice and LOVEFiLM. George has an MA in Social Anthropology which fostered his keen interest in understanding how local culture influences consumer behaviour. George embraces the measurability and accountability of working online; and the demonstrable ROI which can be delivered to clients.
Gloria is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, induction, and training and development programmes at Blue Latitude. She also assists with resourcing projects and helps ensure that all staff members are using their skills and knowledge to deliver successful projects. Prior to working at Blue Latitude, she helped manage a PR Consulting Firm in the USA and worked in Business and Relationship Management for the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.
Since finishing an English Literature degree at Bristol University, James has taken a winding path that took him through a marketing and press role at a record label, a stint as a project manager at an online startup, and 2 years as an affiliate manager at Aegis. Those various roles developed within him a passion for digital, in particular areas of innovation and emerging trends, from social media and augmented reality to the bespoke applications that are born every day. His last two years in particular saw him deliver international performance solutions for clients including Coca-Cola, Nokia, adidas and HBOS, an area where he broadened the scope of the performance channel via partnerships with traditional display publishers such as Spotify and ESPN.
Jessica is an MBA graduate with 3 years strategic consulting experience. Prior to joining Blue Latitude, Jessica worked as a User Researcher with Europe's largest digital agency. To date, she has worked with firms operating in the telecommunications, financial services, entertainment and ecommerce sectors. Previous clients include PlayStation, Marks & Spencer and Scottish Widows. Jessica is passionate about exploring the mind of the consumer and understanding their attitudes and behaviours. Classically trained as an actor, she is highly skilled at analyzing individuals’ motivations and recognizing behavioural subtleties that most others overlook.
A Marketing and Corporate Management graduate, Kalpita brings three years experience of working with blue chip companies, such as a Seagate subsidiary and a major healthcare provider while living in California. She is passionate about bringing customers together through digital media, has a keen interest in social media initiatives and transferring offline goals into successful online strategies.
Katy is passionate about the consumer and their experiences on the web. Katy has detailed knowledge of usability and how to create a customer centric online experience, along with practical experience of how to measure and implement online strategy having worked in marketing and eCommerce in Financial Services for over 6 years. Katy enjoys working across all elements of the web, from strategy to implementation, in particular advising how businesses can harness the web channel effectively and how it can have impact and success within the wider business.
Kay delivers Administrative and Office Management support to all divisions of Blue Latitude. Kay trained as a violinist at the Royal College of Music and subsequently graduated from Cambridge University in Social and Political Sciences. Having also previously worked for a multi-media firm in Central London, her experience brings an imaginative and creative energy which guarantees excellence and distinction.
Kirsten is an online marketing professional who likes to look at the world from the top down to the detail and back again. She loves to understand what customers are actually doing as well as the implications of their behaviour on the bigger picture. She loves working in eMarketing because of the constantly changing and accountable environment, which can be analysed to create actionable strategies that affect the bottom line. With 7 years experience in the travel and leisure sector she is expert on revenue generation through acquisition, conversion and retention tactics and thrives on the challenge of delivering to a deadline.
Klynn started his career working as a Scientist for Smithkline Beecham and has over 19 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry working for a number of fortune 500 companies. Moving to marketing fourteen years ago, his focus has been on strategic planning and digital marketing at a global, regional and affiliate level. He has developed an array of integrated communications, digital and compliance leadership management campaigns, eDetails, and educational programs for both Healthcare Professionals’ and Patients alike. Bringing fun, energy passion and focus to team and projects he can be heard quoting Thomas A. Edison “I never did a day's work in my life. It was all fun!’’
Manoj forms the solid backbone of Blue Latitude, providing unfailing support in both accounts and IT. With this unique combination of skills, combined with his enthusiasm and efficiency, he ensures that Blue Latitude is always ready to do business. His charming personality and eagerness helps solving problems smoothly and effectively.
Martin is responsible for business development and works on strategy projects in Entertainment & Music for clients such as Ministry of Sound and Robbie Williams. Prior to founding Blue Latitude, Martin worked as a consultant with BT consulting and set up a online recommendation service with Channel4. Martin also has 15 years of experience in the music industry.
Melissa excels at gaining customer insight. She understands consumer needs and issues, and translates them into better customer experiences and effective communications. As our resident expert on social media, she also helps on projects where the community is the key to success.
Prior to joining Blue Latitude, Nicola worked in Affiliate Marketing primarily with financial clients. She enjoys working as part of a team and the challenge of working on different projects with multiple clients. Having studied Business and Technology, Online Marketing interests her as it combines these areas to create a strategy which can make a measurable impact to a business.
With a Masters in Information Systems, Paul is focused on solving problems and enabling effective decision making using online analytical tools. His experience encompasses web analytics, content management systems and web project/change management methodologies. Paul has worked in both the online Finance and Public Sector, where he has been able to provide insight into what the consumers are doing on websites and translate this into commercial initiatives. Paul is also a Web Analytics Association Certified Web Analyst. Along with Blue Latitude’s Rob McLaughlin, he is currently one of only 4 certified analysts in Europe and 10 globally.
Pete leads our user experience offering, and brings a deep understanding of user research and user centred design practices to this role. Pete has over a decade's experience in designing developing and testing interfaces across a range of channels and devices including mobile, touch screen, interactive TV, web and mobile. Pete has been leading usability and user experience consultancy teams for the last 6 years, in this time his clients have included London2012, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the BBC amongst others. Pete is a member of the UPA (Usability Professionals Association).
Philip leads the design and development of our environment monitoring processes and Analytics systems which provide the quantitative backbone of our strategic services. A specialist in automation with a deep understanding of website and online measuring technologies, Philip brings 15 years of experience in technology focussed ventures.
Rob has a broad range of experience in evaluating and optimising online strategies on behalf of clients. He relishes getting ‘under the hood’ of online marketing and seeking out revenue and business opportunities. Specialising in web analytics, Rob passionately believes in the power of data to uncover,and prove, the reasons for success and failure in online business. Before joining Blue Latitude, Rob worked at a rich media lead generation company, a leading web analytics provider and an international marketing agency. Rob has launched and overseen B2B and B2C campaigns for broad range of clients including JPMorgan, HSBC, AXA, Intercontinental Hotel Group and B&Q. Rob is a Web Analytics Association, Web Certified Analyst. Along with Blue Latitude’s Paul Cook, he is currently one of only 3 certified analysts in Europe and 9 globally.
With a passion for Healthcare and an in-depth understanding of both the online and mobile interactive channels, San-Jay has helped develop and manage numerous patient mobilisation initiatives. San-Jay’s grasp of the emerging prominence of Web 2.0 within the evolving online environment has allowed him to become a seasoned all-rounder within the team.
Sarah’s skill lies in combining strategic insight with a hands-on practical approach to addressing day-to-day challenges. With more than twenty years experience in retail and newspaper publishing, she specialises in developing propositions for our clients as well effectively working directly with their teams to reach and convert more and better customers.
Simon is always eager to bring an innovative, fresh and analytic approach to the table. With a background in technology, Simon has worked in the financial services, online retail and consultancy sectors, developing cutting edge technological solutions to big business problems. More recently he has worked with a range of early stage businesses to provide strategic research and analysis. As a business analyst, Simon takes a dynamic approach to bridging the gap between business and technology.
Simon joined us on day one and has experience in almost every aspect of our business. A specialist in competitive analysis, Simon has helped develop some of our proprietary tools and has worked on Pharma, entertainment and retail projects. He has experience at the sharp end of web production, right through to global strategy and process development. Simon prides himself on his ability to drive a project, take an innovative approach and make things happen.
Sophie is responsible for Marketing at Blue Latitude and her focus includes business development, thought leadership and brand communications. Sophie has over fifteen years of experience in the media and marketing industry having worked in marketing and business development roles for MTV International, Nokia UK, interactive start ups and a digital agency. Sophie brings creative and business acumen and project management skills to multi-platform and multi-territory marketing partnerships.
