Blue Latitude Network, a young, fast growing strategic e-business and marketing consultancy, is looking for experienced consultants and trainee consultants to join their team. Working to the Head of Strategy, you will play a key role in planning and implementing online strategies for digital businesses.

Our work is focused on strategic insight and helping clients to understand the online market so you will be involved in many diverse areas of the online business and marketing mix and across numerous territories besides the UK.

You will already have significant industry experience one or more of the following areas and/or experience in interactive marketing: Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Entertainment & Media and Financial Services. You are now looking for an opportunity to both extend your knowledge and to run your own projects in an informal, creative environment.

Although we are not looking to fill a technical role a basic understanding of online technologies would be an advantage, as would good numerical analysis and project management skills.

Candidate Requirements

Abilities & Skills:

  • Strong writing abilities to create proposals, briefs, plans and campaign performance reviews

  • Comfortable presenting and selling ideas to clients

  • Organized and able to project manage/multi task

  • Inquisitive nature – ability to research, understand and evaluate opportunities

  • Highly numerate – able to delve into data to draw out pertinent observations from research

  • Fully computer literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc)

  • Good negotiating skills

  • Comfortable managing third party suppliers

  • Quick to understand and learn new skills

  • Knowledge of online measurement and metrics

  • Understanding of online systems and processes (ecommerce, CRM etc)


Expected Experience:

  • Educated to degree level

  • Management experience in industry

  • Experience of Search Engine Marketing (PPC and SEO) and banner campaigns

  • Experience of specifying websites and content briefs would be a distinct advantage
