The starting point for any performance analysis is to understand and agree what the client wants to achieve, what they want to measure, and how they want to measure it.  In defining a web measurement strategy, we establish or review our client’s existing online business goals and objectives; review existing data assets and technical infrastructure  and then develop a strategy for delivering key performance indictors (KPIs) and a “metrics framework''.

 

This clearly defined business orientated approach allows the analytics output to accurately inform and fine-tune business performance.
