Blue Latitude’s Beacon, a dashboard tool, provides a snapshot of online business performance at a global, territory and site level.  It is a collaborative platform that allows the organisation to disseminate information, share best practice, receive advice, set goals and improve business performance.

The Beacon, brings together data from various sources including, web analytics, environment and sentiment monitoring and benchmarks the data against industry standards and key performance indicators set by the business.  Importantly, alongside the data analysis are insights and actions from Blue Latitude’s consultants and analytics experts, aimed at improving and optimising digital performance and delivering measurable bottom-line results to your organisation on an ongoing basis.
