Supplier and agency evaluation

We undertake a clear review of the users’ and organisation’s current needs, capabilites and support systems, along with the best of breed supplier or agency capabilities.  Macro trends will also be taken into consideration to ensure the partner chosen will meet future needs.  A full strategic recommendation will be created and will include the technology and HR and business organisation considerations. 

 

Once the requirements have been agreed, the request for proposal (RFP), service level agreement (SLA) and criteria matrix will be produced. Blue Latitude can then project manage the supplier or agency selection and implementation process to ensure that the services or system are delivered on time, to budget and that it fulfils all the business requirements.
